A 4,875 square foot modern American brasserie located in Nashville inside the Kimpton Aertson Hotel. Our goals were to create a successful program for use over multiple dayparts for hotel guests and outside patrons alike. Embracing a brasserie aesthetic, the concept was based on the home of an eccentric female character of the 1920s.

This space was carefully curated down to every last detail. Sourcing antiques throughout Nashville, we worked with talented local artisans to create many handcrafted pieces and sprinkled in personal touches like the framed 1920's photographs from the chef's grandmother.
