Two additions totaling 8,000 square feet and a complete remodel of an iconic 1907 Denver home. Working with a design-forward family with three young boys, our goal was to provide a space that supports everyday activities and accommodates larger gatherings, both indoors and out for extended family events. Balance and contrast drove design decisions for this project - celebrating the historic details while introducing the bold, modern and whimsical sensibilities of the client.
