Located in a 1920s boxing coliseum, the design team worked to keep the original character of this 24,000 square foot space intact, while celebrating it's boxing past-time through many custom details.

The layers of paint on the walls were left, the original bleachers were used as wall cladding and gym mats were utilized for a ceiling detail.

Several custom wallcoverings were designed using boxing terms as the inspiration, and Archie Moore, who called San Diego his home and spent much time in this building, was honored through a custom mural using his nickname, "The Old Mongoose" as the theme.
