A vibrant beverage forward restaurant designed to celebrate the heightened creativity and imagination that occurs while dreaming.

The design concept for Three Saints Revival, bohemian dream sequence, takes cues from voyages through the subconscious, imagination, common dream themes and the inspiration found while traveling.

Throughout the space, different types of seating are provided for all dayparts and party sizes for this three-meal restaurant. Thoughtful furniture selection ensures flexibility – tables are moved easily for larger parties or small. Soft seating and textural surfaces throughout offset the harder surfaces of the space such as the concrete floor, and large expanses of glass, to create softness and assist with acoustical comfort, creating a sense of warmth.

Introduction of color on every surface, including a raspberry hue on the expansive ceiling which signifies mystery and magic, creates an engaging space and takes the edge off of the industrial details. The large-scale wallcovering used high in the dining room signifies the non-linear nature of the imagination.

Our research found that the most common dream themes are teeth, being naked, flying, falling, home and animals, and these are expressed in multiple ways throughout. Our custom wallcovering at the restrooms area looks like a traditional bohemian pattern from afar but up close is made up of all the dream themes. Feather light fixtures at both the host/entry areas are a nod to flying and a house shaped center server station signifies home.
